Returns & Refunds POLICY

Returns & Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, all items must be in original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and components.

Inspection & Approval
SIK Audio reserves the right to inspect all returned items. Returns will only be approved if the product is in like-new condition with no signs of installation damage, misuse, or missing parts.

Fees & Deductions
All approved returns are subject to the following deductions:

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. SIK Audio does not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
